Key Responsibilities

Assist individuals in the application process for the Financial Assistance Program
Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from eligible individuals
Engage in customer care to support those affected by disasters


Required Qualifications and Training

Must currently reside in the United States and be legally able to work
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
