Description: The Front of House manager is responsible for managing all functions of the dining room, lounge, and downstairs brew pub during the opening, mid, or closing shifts. Key responsibilities include hiring, managing, supervising, and training restaurant team members and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers from arrival to departure. Responsibilities: - The smooth function of the dining room, lounge, and brew pub, ensuring that all guests expectations are met or exceeded. - Supervising staff and stations throughout the dining room, lounge, and brew pub. - Managing communication between the general manager, kitchen, bar, tables, etc. - Ongoing training and development of all dining room, lounge, and brew pub positions to maximize potential, while organizing and supervising staff schedules, side-work, and cleanliness of the restaurant and bathroom facilities. - Be responsible for all small restaurant necessities including napkins, silverware, condiments, etc. - Supporting the general manager, kitchen, and bar staff for the overall success of the restaurant and the future return of each customer.
