A company is looking for a Contract Pilot Recruiter/Sourcer (Part-Time, Remote).



Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and manage the recruiting pipeline for Part 135 Pilots
Conduct technical resume reviews and pre-screenings based on FAA Part 135 regulations
Collaborate with hiring managers and streamline pre-hiring workflows


Required Qualifications

Deep understanding of Part 135 operations and FAA regulatory requirements for pilots
Proven experience recruiting Part 135 or Part 91 pilots
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital recruitment tools
Preferably holds a Private Pilot License (PPL) or has direct aviation industry experience
Strong knowledge of pilot behavioral traits and FAA medical standards More...
