Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of employment cases and assist with employment-related decision-making
Draft and prepare legal documents, including severance agreements and demand letters
Research and track legal developments and maintain compliance with employment laws


Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in at least one state, preferably Illinois or New York
2+ years of experience in employment law
