A company is looking for a Sr. Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts for software testing roles in the Americas.



Key Responsibilities

Develop talent pipelines for Software QA/QE roles and source candidates across the AMER region
Conduct interviews and provide support to candidates throughout the interview process
Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate progress and updates


Required Qualifications

At least 7+ years of experience with full-cycle recruitment
Knowledge of Boolean search and various sourcing tools, including social media
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and managing multiple candidate pipelines
Familiarity with scheduling online interviews and providing feedback
