  Job Details
  • Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members.
  • Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing.
  • Provides high quality care to the following patient populations: Geriatric, Medical/Surgical, Adult, and Telemetry.
  • Positions available on Medical Surgical Unit and Telemetry Unit.
    Job Requirements
    • BLS (Required for clinical positions only, AHA or ARC acceptable)
    • PALS (Required)
    • ACLS (Required)
    • License/Certificate Verification (Primary Source Verification of professional license, as required for the position to be completed within 30 days of start)
    • GRH Skills Checklist (Complete within 12 months - does not expire)
    • COVID-19 Vaccine (Required)
    • MMR (Required)
    • Fit Test (Required)
    • Hepatitis B (Required)
    • Influenza Vaccine (Required September 1st through March 31st - Must be from CURRENT flu season)

    • Varicella (Required)
    • Tdap (Valid for 10 years from the administered date)
    • GRH Background Check (Within 30 days of Start)
    • GRH Iowa Adult and Child Abuse (State Requirement)
    • GRH Drug Screen (Standard 10 panel within 30 days of start)
    • GRH References (2 Professional References for all positions, 1 must be from Supervisor)
