Many Stryten employees live in Delaware County, Iowa and commute from neighboring cities of Waterloo, Cedar Rapids, Independence, Anamosa, Oelwein, Dyersville, and Dubuque to name a few.Start a Career that Makes an Impact!For Operator Positions: Pay Rate = $23.79 per hour.1st Shift (5:30am - 3:30pm)2nd Shift (1:45p - 9:45pm or 3:30p - 1:00am)3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:00am)Bonus Opportunities Available!

• Gainshare Bonus - hourly associates have the potential to earn up to 10% of their gross monthly pay; potentially $300 per month!
• Quarterly Attendance Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to $600 each quarter; just for showing up to work your scheduled hours!
• Production Bonus - associates have the potential to earn monthly bonuses based on the plant hitting production goals; potentially $50 per month and more!Operators work in assembly, pasting and or formation departments, with a multiple-person team in an area containing electrical powered machinery, torches, lead melting pots, conveyors, computers, and ventilation equipment.While training is provided, Stryten prefers those who have worked in industrial settings. Or, those who have worked with heavy equipment, farming, construction, and veterans are just a few other areas that have had success in our environment. The work is physically demanding (repetitive movements, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, etc.) and requires you to do some heavy lifting. You know the importance of teamwork - production goals are met when everyone does their part.Your typical day has you arriving on time for your scheduled shift. Reporting to the locker room to dress in the company provided uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE). Going on to the plant floor and running your equipment for the duration of the your shift which incorporate the scheduled breaks, meeting or exceeding production quantity and quality goals set forth each day. Afterwards, you shower and change back into your street clothes and clock out. You must be clean shaven and shower to comply with the Health and Safety protocol. For Material Handler Positions: Pay rate = $21.12 per hour.3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:00am)Bonus Opportunities Available!
