<span><B>Technical Support Specialist</B><br> <br>We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join the team with some of the most creative IT people in Central Iowa. This person is the primary support resource for our customers, external engineering group and sales team. The successful candidate must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for network and technical issues to assure customer satisfaction.<br> <br><B>Job Description</B><br><ul>
<li>Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission and values.</li><li>Able to foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration with others in the team including customer service, production and sales.</li><li>Resolve internal and external technical support requests or issues related to product selection, applications, or installations.</li><li>Much of the remediation work could be performed with remote log-in sessions.</li><li>Extensive interaction with customers, partners and team via phone and email. </li></ul>
<br><B>Qualifications</B><br><ul>
<li>3–5 years experience in Engineering or Customer Support</li><li>A+ Certification desired </li><li>Engineering, Technical Field, or equivalent of successful experience in a similar role</li><li>Microsoft, Cisco or VMWare certifications helpful.</li></ul>
