<li>Ability to develop scope, budget and schedule information for customer approval on assigned projects.</li><li>Manage scope expectations, project costs and schedule to deliver accurate projects, on time and within budget.</li><li>Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client expectations and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.</li><li>Ability to build project teams and acquire resources for project activities through competitive and/or negotiated procurement processes. Oversee activities of project team members including internal client resources as well as external vendors, contractors and design professionals.</li><li>Conduct and document meetings with project stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare/update project status reports, purchase orders and invoices, update tracking reports and maintain complete and accurate project.</li><li>Strong background in construction, design, procurement practices, delivery methods, and contract negotiation.</li><li>Skilled in the development of project budgets and schedules.</li></ul>

&nbsp;<br><B>Qualifications include:</B><br><ul>

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree from an accredited institution, with preference towards degree in architecture, construction engineering, construction management, or real estate.</li><li>7+ years of demonstrated experience successfully managing corporate real estate projects.</li><li>Strong analytical skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Detail oriented.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently when required.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.</li><li>Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed for projects across the United States.</li><li>PMP Certification a plus.</li></ul>
