Key Responsibilities

Create and implement training plans for new hires within the Google Search quality team
Manage new hire performance and provide ongoing feedback during the training period
Coordinate with Quality Managers to ensure training processes align with performance metrics


Required Qualifications

2+ years of prior experience in Google Search Quality
Familiarity with the Google Search program's work streams and testing cycles
Experience in a global multinational work environment
Practical experience with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially Excel
