A company is looking for a SCA Call Center Nurse/RN Case Manager - Remote.



Key Responsibilities

Manage an assigned caseload, providing assessment, education, and coordination of care for members via telephone
Handle inbound and outbound calls to authorize tests and procedures related to members' health conditions
Review medical records to determine program coverage and prepare summaries for medical appeals and treatment requests



Required Qualifications

Current RN license or ability to obtain licensure in the relevant state
4+ years of clinical experience
Experience with Microsoft Office programs
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
