Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support on insurance-related issues and assist with state expansion research
Review marketing campaigns for legal compliance and analyze relevant legislation

Required Qualifications

JD and undergraduate degrees with superior academic credentials
Admitted to practice in any U.S. state, with preference for Florida, Texas, Louisiana, or California
3-7 years of experience in insurance law or marketing, preferably in a law firm or insurance company
