Key Responsibilities

Oversee and implement healthcare quality improvement initiatives for Medicare Star Ratings
Lead governance development and execution across measure level owners for the Star Program
Monitor key quality indicators and communicate gaps in implementation and compliance to leadership


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum of 7+ years relevant experience, including at least 5 years in health plan quality improvement
Demonstrated knowledge of the Stars program and key categories such as HEDIS and CAHPS
5 years Medicare experience and 3 years management experience
Operational knowledge of Excel and Visio for data manipulation and interpretation More...
