Together, we accomplish great thingsIn this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Inspect and troubleshoot complex systems, benchmark, and improve system performance of engineered systems and equipment.
- Initiate and fill out logs, reports, and forms as required for equipment assembly, test, and validation.
- Contribute to requirement gathering and sustainment of custom biology manufacturing equipment. Including liquid handling equipment, chemical process systems, Robotic and other automated work cells.
- Other duties as assigned.The essential requirements of the job include:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering with 0-2 years of experience OR Tech Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience required.
- Understanding of electrical components and basic circuit troubleshooting.
- Understanding of foundational design documentation, including; electrical schematics, P&ID's, and I/O lists.
- Willingness to learn control panel design, software development, electrical and mechanical safety standards, tools, and principals involved in the manufacturing of custom oligonucleotides.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment and instrumentation.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
