Directly manage a small team of senior Product Designers and guide them in developing roadmaps
Facilitate unified design solutions and engage with the team's work at all stages to ensure high-quality outcomes


Required Qualifications

4+ years of proven experience leading and managing design teams
Experience designing for machine learning, AI, or data-driven products
Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, or feed-based products
A strong portfolio demonstrating vision setting and team guidance
