ResponsibilitiesUnityPoint Clinic North Liberty Family Med is seeking dynamic and experienced leader to join our team. As Clinic Administrator, this leader will partner with physician leaders in a dyad relationship to:
        Oversee day to day operations of a regional clinic.Lead efforts to optimize clinic performance to ensure effective and efficient operations.Recruit, supervise, mentor, and develop clinic staff.Demonstrate sound fiscal management of clinic operations through budget planning and performance. Assure optimal use of regional resources to meet objectives.Participate in the provider recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes. Skills/Abilities

          • Bachelor's degree required OR a combination of education and experience.Bachelor's degree with experience in physician practice management preferred.Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) is a plus.
          • 2-3 years of leadership experience
          • Experience in accounts receivable, to include billing, collection, ICD-9 and CPT coding.
          • Strong interpersonal skills.
          • Strong computer skills.
          • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
          • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
          • Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
          • Knowledge of personnel administration and patient relation principles.
          • Ability to work as a team member.
          • Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures. More...
