Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations in accounts receivable management, cash management, and customer service inquiries
Implement and monitor productivity standards, problem resolution, and reporting on payer performance
Manage escalated patient concerns and collaborate with outsourcing agencies for collection and denial management


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare collection, denials, and recovery services
Prior supervisory or management experience, preferably in Patient Financial Services
Epic and HFMA certification preferred
Strong knowledge of payer reimbursement and healthcare billing practices More...
