Seeking BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon for IP/OP mix in north central IA with physician-owned clinic! Group has over 40 physicians and ancillary healthcare professionals and over 175 staff members who are committed to meeting the needs of our patients. The group was organized 25 years ago with a philosophy that specialists working together in the same organization can offer patients a wider variety of health services more conveniently and efficiently. • General Orthopedics - Total Joint or Sports a plus!
• New Grad preferred
• Join 7 physicians and 7 APPs
• 1 physician retiring now; 1 in 2025
• Mix of IP/OP
• Call 1:7; APPs are first contacts for call
• Full spectrum of medical services available including fully staffed ED and hospitalist service. Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary plus production incentive
