Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual tutoring sessions using the designated platform without lesson planning
Manage student behavior and engagement throughout sessions
Create a safe and respectful learning environment while documenting session observations


Required Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and based in the U.S. with a U.S. mailing address
Knowledge of reading best practices aligned with the science of reading
Experience teaching or tutoring K-8 students, including having a teaching license or tutoring experience
Access to a computer, webcam, and reliable high-speed internet connection
