A company is looking for a New Patient Care Specialist I, responsible for communication with patients and managing orders for diabetes testing supplies.
Key Responsibilities

Handle initial orders and ongoing communication with patients regarding diabetes testing supplies
Maintain a high call volume, averaging 80+ calls per day, and manage over 150 patient accounts monthly
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate records in the company system

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in call center sales and/or customer service is desirable
Proven ability to meet goals and objectives
Basic proficiency in math, data entry, and MS Office
