This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in quality management and compliance to cGMP regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining the highest standards of quality. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality systems and controls to ensure our products meet the strictest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities:1. Oversee all quality control systems, processes, and procedures to ensure product consistency and adherence to cGMP regulations and ISO standards.2. Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.3. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.4. Set quality assurance policies and objectives to ensure alignment with company strategy.5. Collaborate with production teams to develop effective corrective and preventive action plans.6. Lead and mentor the quality team in maintaining high standards of quality.7. Ensure all new products are in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.8. Manage customer complaints and non-conformance processes.9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the quality management system.10. Stay current with relevant quality management systems, trends, and practices in the manufacturing industry.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality management role within the manufacturing industry.3. Proven experience with cGMP regulations is required.4. Certification in Quality Management (e.g. CQM, ASQ) preferred.5. Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance terminologies, tools, and standards.6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.8. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.10.
