- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and make necessary adjustments to ensure cost control.
- Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
- Identify potential risks and challenges and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure that all construction activities meet quality standards and comply with building codes and regulations.
- Monitor and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government officials.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and updates.
- Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors and manage any contract-related issues.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on the construction site.
- Assess and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget, obtaining necessary approvals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, financial records, and other relevant files.
- Address any issues or challenges promptly and efficiently, finding practical solutions to keep the project on track.
- Incorporate sustainable and environmentally responsible practices into construction projects whenever possible.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing and delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
