OBGYN Opening - Mason City, Iowa H1b Eligible Position Details - Full-time, permanent- Busy practice with instant volume- Join the team of four OBGYNs and one ARNP- Approximately five days of call/month- Newly remodeled clinic located on our main campus- close proximity to labor & delivery, lab, pharmacy, and Radiology with access to Perinatology consultation.- Operating Room block time available five days a week specifically for OB/GYN Surgeons, including Robotic availability.- Level II Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) staffed 24-hours by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU Nurses with access to an on-site blood bank.- In-house specialists available for consultation/collaboration in patient care, i.e., Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology, etc.- Practice where your skills are appreciated, where physicians are highly respected members of the community, where you and yours will flourish as you become rooted in a lifestyle second to none. Compensation and Benefits: - 275K base- Up to 200K sign on bonus- 34 days off annually- Premium paid health insurance- Short- term and long-term disability- Professional liability- 5.5K for CME- 34 days of time off, annually- Employer sponsored professional liability insurance & tail insurance coverage- Health, dental, vision and life insurance- Short-term and long-term disability coverage- 403(b) retirement program with employer contribution and employer matching; Optional 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan- Cost of Living for area is 24% lower than national average About the Group - 346 Bed- Conducts a Family Medicine Residency, Internal Medicine Residency, Cardiology Fellowship, Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship, PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and a School of Radiologic Technology. - Clinical training site for approximately 500 students from 127 different colleges enrolled in programs for medical laboratory, nursing, paramedic, rehabilitation, medical assistants, pastoral services, physicians and many other medical fields.
