Fid-- is currently seeking a Technician with Cath Lab experience for a 13-week contract in Cedar Rapids, IA.
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 1+ years of current Technician Cath Lab experience.

Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current IA RN License - compact allowed (PA, OH NOT COMPACT)
- Current AHA BLS
- **ANY OTHER CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED WILL GO HERE**
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week:
Shift: Days 5x8 hr shifts, 40 hrs/week
Weekend Requirements: (IF PROVIDED, IF NOT, WRITE IN TBD)
On Call Requirements: (IF PROVIDED, IF NOT, WRITE IN TBD)
Travel Hourly Pay: $36.65
Travel Stipend: $1246.00
Travel Weekly Package: $2712.14
