      Your Role as an LPN
      As an LPN, you'll be at the heart of our care team, ensuring residents receive safe and therapeutic care from admission to discharge. You'll:
      
      
      
      • Collaborate with physicians, family members, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans.
        
      • Utilize the nursing process to support residents' mental and physical well-being.
        
      • Serve as a clinical role model and resource for your colleagues.
        
        What You Need to Succeed
        
        
        
        • A current LPN license issued by the State of Iowa.
          
        • CPR Certification (required within six months of hire).
          
        • Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
