  Job Details
  • Northwestern Rural Iowa hospital is looking for a travel OR RN to work day shift.
    Job Requirements
    • 1 year experience; will consider 1st time traveler
    • Must have skills: Ortho and General; the rest of the areas are preferred
      Schedule Information
      • Call 1-2 times per week and at least every 3rd weekend
      • Must be flexible with schedule as they do not have their own surgeon in-house
      • Guaranteed 40 hours a week; normally M-F and 6:30am is the normal start time
      • Weeknight/Call Requirement: yes
      • Weekend/Call Requirement: 1-2 nights a week; EOW (Friday night to Monday morning)
      • Holiday/Call Requirement: if needed
      • Call response time: 30 minutes
        Unit Specific Information
        • Scrubbing required
        • OR techs: 1 Tech
          Additional Details
          • ACLS, BLS, PALS
          • Scrub, Pre-Op, PACU and Circulating
          • Floating Requirements: Pre-op and PACU
          • Scrub Color/Dress Code: provided
          • Unit/Department specific orientation: General- virtual- 1 hour; Floor Orientation- 1 day
