A company is looking for a RCM Payment Posting Lead.



Key Responsibilities:

Post all payments, denials, and adjustments accurately and in a timely manner
Lead, train, and mentor teammates in the posting team
Maximize efficiency in the posting team and coordinate with other functional teams to improve Revenue Cycle performance


Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma and two years of Medical Billing and Collection Experience; Radiology experience preferred
Ability to type a minimum of 45wpm
2-3 years of posting experience
Knowledge of Managed Care Contracts, Medicare, and Medicaid
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) More...
