Key Responsibilities

Oversee training programs for Managed Markets Teams, ensuring alignment with market access strategies
Assess training needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance knowledge and skills related to access and reimbursement
Lead, mentor, and coach team members to foster professional growth and high performance


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with twelve years of experience, Master's Degree with ten years, or PhD with eight years of experience
Minimum of eight years of relevant training and/or sales management experience in biotech or pharmaceutical fields
At least three years of experience in Managed Markets, Sales Management, and/or Commercial Training in a home office environment
Ability to manage instructional design projects and collaborate with stakeholders
