A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to lead and innovate within a global sales enablement team.



Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership in instructional design and collaborate with sales teams to create engaging training content
Record, edit, and produce video content, packaging it into learning modules and creating instructional materials
Lead the instructional design team on project prioritization, workload balancing, and coaching for skill development


Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Adult Education/Learning, Instructional Systems Design, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in instructional design or video production, preferably in a software company
Experience with multimedia authoring tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline & Rise 360, and Adobe
Experience as an administrator of learning management systems and/or sales enablement platforms
