Key Responsibilities

Build queries with cross-functional partners to redesign the labor allocation system into more granular dayparts
Integrate hourly labor allocation data into Workday
Develop a system to track and analyze hourly staffing effectiveness and implement strategies for improvement


Required Qualifications

Experience with Workday's labor planning functionalities
Advanced SQL experience and familiarity with data architecture and flows
Exceptional data manipulation and visualization experience (Sigma/Tableau)
Experience in an operations environment in manufacturing or warehousing is a plus
