Key Responsibilities:

Implement training and policy programs that exceed regulatory expectations
Oversee communications within the Compliance Department to keep staff informed

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, with at least 2 years in compliance
Knowledge of federal and state mortgage lending regulations
