Key Responsibilities

Lead the organization's strategic and annual planning process and ensure alignment across departments

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or management roles, preferably in the nonprofit sector
Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in project management
Subject-matter experience in the industrial care sector and emerging technologies is preferred
