Key Responsibilities

Provide information to customers regarding claims, medical billing, and policy-related questions via various communication channels
Analyze customer information to determine requests and necessary actions
Interact with other associates to assist in problem resolution and create certificates of insurance for policyholders


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
One year of previous full-time experience in customer service preferred
Insurance experience within a multi-line industry preferred
Experience with Microsoft Products
