A company is looking for a Senior Engineer - Observability to enhance their observability and metrics capabilities.



Key Responsibilities

Ensure a reliable platform capable of scraping over 7 trillion metric data points daily
Architect, test, and build a large-scale Prometheus & Thanos based metrics platform
Build, test, and deliver Kubernetes operators while participating in on-call rotations


Required Qualifications

8+ years of overall software engineering experience
Experience in Observability and Metrics (Prometheus, Thanos, Alertmanager, Graphite or similar)
Experience in software development, preferably with Kubernetes operators using Python, Bash, or GO
Experience with large-scale Linux environments and cloud operations (AWS & GCP preferred)
Familiarity with TDD, CI/CD, and Chaos Engineering practices for infrastructure development More...
