A company is looking for a Strategic Department-Level Program Agilist to support a large project at the Department of Veterans Affairs.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategies that integrate agile, traditional, and lean practices for managing Government projects
Support the establishment of a Community of Practice or Stakeholder Outreach Program to promote Agile best practices
Conduct Agile maturity assessments and provide recommendations for improvement


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Agile program management or a similar role
Strong expertise in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Experience managing complex programs and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) More...
