A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (100% Remote) with a valid independent LCSW license in Indiana and/or Minnesota.



Key Responsibilities

Provide care to patients in a community mental health outpatient setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to expand access to quality mental health care
Work with patients aged 6+ with various mental health conditions


Required Qualifications

Active independent LCSW license in Indiana and/or Minnesota
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Availability for 40 hours per week during CST hours
Experience and willingness to treat patients of all ages (ages 6+)
