Complete accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other staff. Develop and market new therapy programs. Present in-services to fellow staff members. Oversee the general operation of the department. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in compliance with state regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy. Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program. Possess or be eligible for state licensure.
