Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Exceptional Care and Leadership OpportunitySign-on Bonus: $7,500 LIMITED TIMEReferral Bonus for RN $3,000 and LPN $2,500 LIMITED TIMEPosition Summary:As a Charge Nurse (LPN), you play a pivotal role in the direct oversight of your assigned unit, ensuring the highest quality of care. Your responsibilities include administering treatments, medications, and leading a team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in their tasks, all while fostering a professional environment for staff and residents.Qualifications:To excel in this role, you must possess:Educational Background: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing or completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program with a current LPN licensure in the state of practice.Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities and a willingness to work with and supervise both professional and nonprofessional personnel.Language Proficiency: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.General Duties and Responsibilities:Clinical:Maintain meticulous record-keeping, including required LPN forms and charts upon a resident's admission, discharge, transfer, and other significant events.
