Key Responsibilities

Review loan applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
Verify documentation from borrowers and conduct title checks
Serve as the point of contact between all parties involved in the loan process


Required Qualifications

Three or more years' experience as a Reverse Mortgage Processor or in a similar role
Experience with Reverse Vision LOS
Three or more years' experience with HECM & FHA Guidelines
High School Diploma or equivalent
