A company is looking for a Junior/Mid-Level Recruiter for a remote opportunity.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for government and public sector roles
Conduct resume reviews, initial screenings, and manage interview processes in compliance with government standards
Collaborate with hiring managers to align job descriptions with project goals and maintain communication with stakeholders


Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience sourcing government/cleared opportunities up to TS/SCI level
Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience using multiple job boards for candidate sourcing
Must be a U.S. citizen
