We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.What It's LikeThe MSE team is a 2nd level support organization providing break-fix, remote installation support, and configuration management for the Connected Workplace, SASE, and fixed wireless service offerings from T-Mobile. The team focuses on T-Mobile for Business customer problem resolutions through troubleshooting and collaborating with other teams or vendors and providing direct communications with the customer on results.What You'll DoLearn the systems, tools and processes of the team and complete the early stages of incident and configuration management. Interface with customers on resolution of their service issues. Will also manage a process improvement project assigned by the team manager. The project will have direct benefit to the team's day-to-day activities.Key Responsibilities - Complete customer interaction and T-Mobile service training
- Partner with MSE engineers and troubleshoot and resolve customer tickets associated with the Connected Workplace, SASE, DIalPad and fixed wireless TfB services.
- Resolve basic configuration requests for Cradlepoint / Inseego / Meraki gateways and equipment
- Work basic DialPad trouble ticketsWhat It Takes
- Any IP Networking certifications is desired
- Wireless / Fixed wireless experience desired
- Internet equipment knowledge (gateways, routers, switches, firewalls, etc)Minimum Qualifications
