Together, we won't stop! The Finance Manager will be joining the Business Performance Management (BPM) team. This individual will be at the forefront of the digital revolution as we look to enhance business processes through the capabilities of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM. If you're someone who's passionate about making a difference, possesses a mix of Oracle technical and functional know-how, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, and loves the challenge of turning ideas into reality, join our team as a Finance Manager, Business Systems in support of our transformation of our EPM technology capabilities and making a difference in the lives of our customers.Job Responsibilities: - Facilitates requirement sessions with stakeholders and creates comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability of requests. Has understanding on how projects align to broader organizational goals and business benefit
- Partners with IT to translate functional requirements into documented technical specifications. Includes data mappings and integrations, security, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards and business rules
- Responsible for updating data mappings within Oracle Financial Data Management (FDM) and performing thorough validation of actuals from various source systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Partners closely with FP&A, Finance/Accounting, IT, Data Center of Excellence, Product Manager, and System Integrator teams to lead the design, development, testing and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM as an integrated solution and ensure functional requirements are satisfied
- Develops a work-plan to manage own tasks, deliverables, schedule and provides information to stakeholders and Project Management. Facilitates business leadership and other company stakeholders in the definition of business roadmaps
- Challenge the status quo; identify process improvement opportunities to drive innovation
- Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to solve business problems
- Assist team management in defining projects, including helping estimate, plan and scope work
- Actively contribute to the team's knowledge and drive new capabilities forward
- Coach end users in best practice and tool usage
- Maintain technical skills and expertise through continuing education and training
- Responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as neededEducation:
- Bachelor's Degree Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, or another quantitative field (Required)Work Experience:
- 4-7 years of industry experience in Systems analysis with understanding of strategic business information systems (Required)
- 4-7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (Preferred)
- 4-7 years of experience as a developer, preferably in the wireless industry (Preferred)
- Experience working with relational or multi-dimensional databases (Required)
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM or similar financial systems (Required)
- Experience with Oracle Financial Data Management (FDM)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to business and technical teams, or management in verbal, written, and/or visual form, with supporting details
