A company is looking for a Trading Operations Senior Associate to manage day-to-day operations of the Equity and Options Trading Operations team.



Key Responsibilities

Create and improve a world-class execution platform
Assist in the Firm's Best-Execution Program by reviewing post-trade exception reports
Monitor order flow for irregularities and resolve client trade escalations in a timely manner


Required Qualifications

FINRA Licenses: Series 7, Series 57, Series 24, Series 63, and Series 4 (able to obtain within 6 months)
Experience with both front and back end processes for trading lifecycle (Equity and Options)
Experience in SQL and willingness to learn
Prior experience with Financial or FINTech startups
