Key Responsibilities

Configure HCM Workday business processes and identify enhancement opportunities
Troubleshoot complex system issues and collaborate with stakeholders for solutions
Ensure data integrity through audits and assist in generating workforce analytics


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, HR, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS, specifically with Workday HCM
Experience with Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
Workday certification in one or more HCM modules is an asset
