Key Responsibilities

Develop instructional materials and conduct engaging virtual events aligned with learning objectives
Provide one-to-one virtual coaching and support to students, facilitating peer collaboration
Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through participation in faculty development opportunities


Required Qualifications

Master's degree in a business discipline, preferably communications or design
2-3 years of experience in student support in higher education, preferably online
Experience in developing collaborative skills with diverse student profiles
