A company is looking for a National Credit Coordinator who provides credit and collections support for national customers in a fully remote role.



Key Responsibilities

Make credit decisions and establish payment terms while collecting on delinquent accounts
Monitor customer account applications and ensure proper documentation for credit terms
Develop payment plans for past due accounts and maintain communication with sellers for timely resolutions


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Credit Business Associate (CBA) Certification desired
2 years of data entry experience in Credit/Collections or a financial-related role
1-2 years of experience with D&B and other financial & risk management tools
1-2 years of experience in approving credit terms and managing portfolios for adherence to credit terms
