Key Responsibilities

Manage client communications and documentation to ensure efficient case completion
Collaborate with internal and external teams to foster client relationships and resolve inquiries

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or high school diploma with 5-7 years of related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
2-3 years of life insurance experience, preferably with case management experience
5-10 years in the financial services industry, specifically with life products
