Key Responsibilities

Complete necessary encounters and ensure accurate data entry in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Manage the referral process for optometrists and perform benefits verification
Address out-of-pocket cost ticket requests and respond to eligibility-related questions


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of administrative, data entry, or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, especially Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR), preferably NexTech or Athena
