Duties
--- Answer incoming calls to assist customers with service problems.
--- Schedule technicians as needed to repair customers systems
--- Increasing technician's product knowledge and trouble shooting skills.
--- Collaborate with clients to assess their security needs and provide recommendations.
--- Trouble shoot customer problems over the phone and determine if service is needed.
--- Be able to offer tech support to technicians in the field.
--- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions with clients.
--- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in alarm technology.

--- Proficient in low voltage systems.
--- Managing multiple technicians
--- Excellent computer skills.
--- Knowledge of multiple manufacturers' products
--- Quick learner on computer software
--- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
--- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
