Job Title: Radiology / Cardiology Technician Job Specialty: X-Ray Technician Job Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: OR experience required. Level 1 experience of all ages preferred. Experience with complex cases such as Femur and Tibia Nails, Pelvis, and advanced spine imaging that involves spins. License: Kentucky license is required. Pending license is acceptable, but it must be obtained before the start date. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, KBMIRT Must-Have: - OR, ER, and Ports experience - Ability to handle complex cases - Call is required with a one-hour response time - Weekends required Job Description: - Facilitate X-ray and fluoroscopy procedures in a medical setting - Handle complex imaging cases, including orthopedic and advanced spinal imaging - Maintain accurate records of procedures and ensure regulatory compliance - Collaborate with surgical and emergency room teams to provide necessary imaging support - Demonstrate flexibility in floating within the hospital or nearby affiliate hospitals - Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures - Meet call duties with a one-hour response time as required - Attend orientation and complete all required modules billable and annually updated during orientation.
